Payment Options at Station Square Dental, Oakleigh

We are proud to offer a broad range of payment options, our aim is to make dentistry as affordable for you as possible through the support of several allied providers.

Account payments at reception

Accounts are required to be settled on the day of the appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  We welcome payment in the form of cash, credit cards or Eftpos.


For your convenience Station Square Dental, uses the HICAPS system which means if you have private health insurance with dental cover, your rebate will be processed at the point of sale, reducing your out of pocket expense.

Child Dental Benefit Scheme

At Station Square Dental Oakleigh, we participate in the Child Dental Benefit Schedule, where eligible families receive up to $1000 worth of treatments for 2 consecutive calendar years. Under this scheme the treatments are BULK BILLED for children aged 2-17.

Just give us a call and we can find out if your child is eligible for the CBDS and we can book an appointment with our dentist.

Veteran Affairs Dental Scheme

There are a range of services that you can have under the VADS scheme. This is something which we process at Station Square Dental reception when you are settling your account.

Cancellation Fees

Failure to present for an appointment or late cancellations may result in a fee being charged, starting from $50.00. Deposits may be requested when booking long appointments. The practice needs to be informed two business days (48 hours minimum) prior if patients wish to reschedule or cancel their appointment. Calling on the day of appointment may result in a late cancellation fee which starts from $50.00.
